Our unique Dogtag Locket Pill Box comes pre-made with your 2 customized Dogtags. Worn around your neck or on your keychain in your pocket, it is easy to carry, convenient, and discrete.
You can use it for all sorts of things! Perfect for medication (including larger pills up to 8mm thick), knick-knacks, mini tools, survival gear, souvenirs, snack, mini photo, souvenir, emergency cash, a micro SD card, even treats for your pet!
It serves 2 purposes: Showing your custom information on the outside, while keeping your personal contents safe and secure on the inside, ready to be accessed at anytime!
Each of the tags can be independently embossed with relevant information such as the contents, emergency contact info, medical conditions and instructions, allergies, military service, etc.
We also offer add-on services such as Gold-Plating, Braille Letters, and Chain Sheaths.
Note that our Dogtag Pillbox does NOT come with any contents, you would fill it yourself.

How does it work?
We designed a plastic case insert that is the the exact shape of a standard US Military dog tag. The case has a hollowed recess in the middle which is where your stuff will go.
- We custom laser cut the box in our shop out of 8mm clear acrylic plastic (plexiglass).
- We custom emboss your two military-grade dog tags.
- Dogtag 2 is glued to the bottom of the acrylic case.
- Dogtag 1 is affixed to the top of the case with a hollow brass rivet/eyelet that is press-fit through the hole. It is held firmly with enough friction such that it will normally remain closed, but still allow you to swivel it open to quickly reveal the contents.
- Once you have added or taken out the items you need simply slide the top tag back over the case to close it.
- A standard long or short ball-chain will slide through the rivet hole so you can wear it like a regular Dogtag, (that is to say a Dogtag with a secret inside!)
How big is it?
- Outer dimensions: 50mm x 28mm (same as military Dog Tag)
- Inner recess dimensions: 40mm x 23mm x 8mm
- Thickness: 8mm (5/16β³) acrylic sandwiched between two 0.8mm (at rolled edge) tags = 9.6mm (β β³) total thickness
- Rivet/eyelet Hole diameter: 2.5mm

Is the Dog Tag Pillbox water proof?
Can I use any style of Dogtags to make the Dogtag Pillbox?
You can use any standard size, single hole, military dog tag style from our shop. Tags that are larger, smaller, have multiple holes or slots, or are a different shape will not work with the custom cut plexiglass case. For best durability we recommend using standard stainless steel US Military dog tags in either matte, semi-gloss, or shiny finish. The custom text must be embossed (not debossed) with either regular or large sized font, braille, or laser enrgraved.How can I make my own EDC Micro Survival Kit
